What we print

Prototypes, functional parts, and small-batch runs. Shop aids for machine shops and local auto and mechanic bays. One-off and short runs, not a factory line, and not safety-critical hardware.

Auto and mechanic shop parts

Custom brackets, clips, hose and cable guides, tool organizers, broken plastic trim and clip replacements (non-safety), jigs, fixtures, gauge holders, and van or bench organizers.

Manufacturing aids

Brackets, CF-fill hooks, fixtures, jigs, and organizers that hold work or route lines on a bench. Not production-line tooling.

Carbon-fiber-filled filaments

PLA-CF, PETG-CF, and ASA-CF are chopped carbon fiber in a plastic matrix. Stiffer than plain PLA, they hold shape better on brackets, hooks, and jigs. This is not woven structural carbon fiber. Do not use these prints for brakes, suspension, steering, airbags, or load-bearing crash structures. Sand carbon-filled parts only with a respirator — the dust is abrasive.

PETG and ASA when a part needs toughness, heat, or UV outdoors or near an engine.

Frequently asked questions

  • STL, 3MF, and STEP are preferred. If you have another format, ask — we may be able to work with it or tell you quickly if we can’t. Incomplete models may need fixes before we can quote accurately.

  • Send your files and details through the quote form. We review the part, estimate time and materials, then email a quote. Nothing is charged until you approve. Your quote locks the price and material before we print.

  • Minimum job is $35. Jobs over $100 require a 50% deposit before printing starts. The balance is due before pickup or shipping. Example: a $180 job means $90 to start and $90 before you receive the parts.

  • It depends on size, material, quantity, and the current queue. Many simple jobs move in a few business days after approval and deposit; larger or multi-material work takes longer. We’ll put a realistic timeline on every quote.

  • You keep ownership of your design files. You confirm you have the rights to have them printed when you submit the form. We use your files only to quote and produce your job.
